Project Kickoff

Once you have agreed and signed the mandatory Preliminary Works Agreement (PWA), you will pay the initial deposit. Following that, our team of designers, engineers, and builders will survey and assess your property, considering various parameters to understand it better and map out the further approach.

Design Phase

Now our designers will create designs for your home. You have the option of selecting any design from our custom collection or suggesting the desired customisations. Moreover, if you want us to start from scratch, we can create a completely new design to meet your specifications.

Planning Approval

We then submit your completed custom design to the council for approval. Each of our designs is created in accordance with Adelaide's council regulations, so you can expect a smooth approval with no to minor changes.

Contracts and Signing

We would go over all of the modifications in your project before preparing the final quote. You have to meet us in person to review and sign the contract documents. We can schedule a meeting based on your mutual availability!

Personalization

Once everything is agreed upon, you will need to select different fixtures, finishes, and features to really personalise your home as per your needs and vision. Take your time and carefully consider your options, and our experts will be there to guide you through the entire process.

Final Approvals

Construction

As the construction begins, your dream will slowly take its shape. We would assign a dedicated team to handle the construction of your home, and they would keep you updated on every development to keep you completely involved in your home-building project.

Ready To Move

Once the project is finished from our end, we will hand over all the documents as well as the keys to your brand-new property. You can move into your new house to make it a home, filling it with memories.
